III Three Co., Ltd. has released the original edition series <2025 2nd Edition>, the second phase of the underwater aging cellar business “tlass SEA CELLAR”, which creates a “terroir of the sea” on the World Heritage Site, Amami Oshima, on Monday, July 21st, which is Marine Day.
“tlass SEA CELLAR” is working with authorities in the environmental business, marine conservation, and alcoholic beverages fields, including wine, to build sustainable aging and storage methods that contribute to the marine environment. Through new experiences born from the encounter between the different worlds of wine and the sea, we propose a new form of social action that connects the rich sea to the future.
<2025 2nd Edition> is a rare vintage wine of only 48 bottles in the world, carefully selected from three types of wines – sparkling, white, and red – that can be enjoyed even more for their changes and potential due to underwater aging, based on the knowledge gained from previous underwater aging surveys.
