Conducting clinical experiments on the effects of exercise in hypoxic environments on sleep

(Head Office ︓Tokyo, President ︓Seiji Moreno and Kosuke Michibata, hereinafter referred to as “Brain Sleep”) and ASICS Corporation (Head Office: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and COO: Yasuto Hirota, hereinafter referred to as “ASICS”) have jointly conducted a clinical study to evaluate the effect of exercise in a hypoxic environment on the quality of sleep. (President and CEO: Yasuto Hirota, Head Office: Kobe, Hyogo, Japan; hereinafter “ASICS”) jointly conducted a clinical trial to verify the effects of exercise in a hypoxic environment on sleep quality. Brain Sleep and ASICS Sports Engineering Laboratory supervised the design of the experiment, and conducted the study at ASICS Sports Complex TOKYO BAY, an urban hypoxic training facility operated by ASICS. (ASICS Sports Complex Tokyo Bay, operating company: ASICS Sports Complex Co., Ltd.), an urban hypoxic training facility operated by ASICS, for four weeks.
