(Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Naoki Kusano; hereinafter referred to as “Kaken”), with the slogan “Energize the world with ramen,” has launched a new system called “Bankara Hashijo” to energize restaurants that have been forced to refrain from business or shorten business hours in order to prevent the spread of the new coronavirus infection, and whose sales have been declining, with the power of ramen. On April 2, 2021 (Friday), we will introduce the “Bankara Office,” a system that allows ramen shops to operate in their spare time, to the “Paris King Kanazawa Katamachi Store (Kanazawa City, Ishikawa Prefecture),” which is located about a five-minute drive from JR Kanazawa Station and offers a wide variety of gyoza and alcohol. With this introduction, six types of ramen popular in the Bankara family will be added to the regular menu.
This will be the first foray into the Hokuriku region for Tokyo Tonkotsu Bankara.
