Posted onMay 21st, 2021

Same day only! And special pricing for the opening event!

(Head office: Toshima-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Naoki Kusano; hereinafter referred to as “Kaken”) will introduce the “Bankara Faction”, a system that allows ramen shops to operate in their spare time and vacancies, to the gyoza izakaya “Okayama Gyoza Seisakusho Momotaro-odori Branch (Okayama City, Okayama Prefecture) from May 21, 2021 (Friday).
Asahikawa Miso Ramen Bankara will be the first restaurant in Okayama Prefecture.
Okayama Gyoza Seisakusho is located a four-minute walk from Okayama Station on the JR Sanyo Main Line, and offers a wide variety of gyoza, including the standard Okayama gyoza and unusual varieties, for casual lunchtime enjoyment.

BANKARA-HAIDOSHO is a franchise system that allows anyone to easily operate a ramen shop that offers a uniform taste by utilizing the lunch hours of restaurants that are only open at night, or idle hours during the day and night.
Since the start of the business, we have received many inquiries, and the stores that have adopted the system so far have seen positive results, such as a four- to five-fold increase in sales that far exceeded their expectations after the Corona disaster.
Kaken will continue to work on this project so that we can use the power of ramen to revitalize restaurants and the restaurant industry, which has been struggling with the Corona disaster.
