-March 10 Online Talk Event – Clinical Experiments on the Effect of Exercise in Hypoxic Environments on Sleep

(Head Office: Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, President and COO: Yasuto Hirota, hereinafter referred to as ASICS) have jointly conducted a clinical study to evaluate the effect of exercise in a hypoxic environment on sleep quality. (President & CEO: Yasuto Hirota, Head Office: Kobe, Hyogo, Japan; hereinafter “ASICS”) jointly conducted a clinical trial to verify the effects of exercise in a hypoxic environment on sleep quality. Brain Sleep and ASICS Sports Engineering Laboratory supervised the design of the experiment, and conducted the study at the urban hypoxic training facility “ASICS Sports Complex TOKYO BAY” (Operator︓ ASICS Sports Complex Co. (ASICS Sports Complex Tokyo Bay, operating company: ASICS Sports Complex Co., Ltd.), an urban hypoxic training facility operated by ASICS, for four weeks.

In conjunction with the report of the above results, an online talk event was held on Wednesday,March 10 to explore new possibilities for the relationship b/w hypoxic training and sleep and the various effects that can be expected by incorporating hypoxic training.
We were able to report the research results and share the effects with many people.
