Three years after Corona, Seiji Nishino, current professor at Stanford University School of Medicine, talks about sleep again based on the latest data in his latest work, “Stanford’s Sleepy Classroom,” to be released on April 13.

“Stanford’s Sleepy Classroom” (Gentosha), a new book by Seiji Nishino, founder and chief research advisor of Brain Sleep Inc. and professor of psychiatry at Stanford University School of Medicine and director of the university’s Sleep and Biological Rhythm Laboratory, will be available at bookstores nationwide starting Wednesday, April 13.
It will also be available at zzzLand, Brain Sleep’s online select store specializing in sleep.
