“Brain Sleep Inc. has launched the “#Brain Sauna” project, an initiative to increase the number of people who are dedicated on goung to sauna before sleep and to raise awareness of health care.
The sauna x sleep study conducted by BrainSleep, together with Dr. Yotaka Kato, a physician and representative director of the Japanese Sauna Society, showed that the quality of sleep tended to be higher for those who took a bath and sauna.
Using this evidence, the “#BrainSauna” project will be held to help people experience the 90 minutes of BrainSleep’s advocacy “golden hour” when falling asleep, which determines the quality of sleep.
