Conducted effectiveness verification of “Washi Yarn Bedding Cover” using Teshima’s “WAGAMI” Japanese paper yarn.

Brain Sleep Inc. has verified the effect on sleep of bedding covers made of Japanese paper threads, the surface of which is covered with WAGAMI, a Japanese paper thread developed by Teshima Corporation, which aims to propose comfortable lifestyles. From this verification, it was confirmed that differences in bedding cover materials may contribute to improvements in sleep latency and wake latency.

The bedding cover made of washi yarn is designed with a fabric structure in which washi yarn “WAGAMI” covers the surface. WAGAMI has the function of being cool in summer and warm in winter, and has high moisture absorbing and discharging properties.

Recycled PET is also used for the polyester that is twisted with the washi. This bedding cover combines functionality and sustainability.
