George & Shaun Inc., a provider of AI-based healthcare services aimed at solving social issues related to dementia in the elderly, concluded a capital and business alliance agreement on November 30, 2011 (Wednesday) in connection with a third-party allotment of new shares to SANYO TRADING CO., LTD.
Through this capital and business alliance, G&S will rapidly advance the development of “Shisetsu 360,” a monitoring service developed and deployed by G&S that enables real-time location information of elderly facility users inside and outside of facilities, and will strengthen its service functions, aiming to provide more high value-added services and to address the social issues of a super-aging society. We aim to build a super-aging society where the elderly can live in safety and security in order to meet the social challenges of a super-aging society.
