Brain Sleep Inc. and Fitz Corporation conducted a study on the effects of fragrance when sleeping. The results of this study showed that the use of fragrance during sleep tended to improve sleep indicators such as the speed of falling asleep, awakening, and sleep efficiency, compared to the case where no fragrance was used.
