Filament Corporation has opened “La pilates”, a personal Pilates studio exclusively for women that combines the techniques of “Osteofascial Seitai®” and Pilates, on 20th Oct 2023 in Ebisu, Tokyo.

“La pilates” aims to maintain a supple body efficiently and continuously by combining “Periosteum Seitai ®️” to relax and maintain muscles, and then combining muscle training to create a beautiful posture with a machine to make the body and brain learn to exercise.

At the same time, it also leads to a healthier body by improving stiff shoulders, lower back pain, and bowel movements.
