February 23 is Mt. Fuji Day!
On Saturday, April 19, 2025, the Zekkei Hanabi Executive Committee will host
“The ZEKKEI Fireworks ‘Mt. Fuji’ 2025: World Fireworks Expo” (hereafter referred to as Zekkei Fireworks)
at a special venue in Fujiten Resort, located at the First Station of Mt. Fuji, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
This spectacular event will bring together top-tier fireworks artists from Japan and around the world.
Zekkei Fireworks offers a uniquely Japanese entertainment experience on an extraordinary scale, showcasing the world’s finest fireworks technology, beauty, and artistry. Audiences will enjoy this breathtaking display alongside two iconic symbols of Japan: Mt. Fuji and the cherry blossoms, the national flower.
In 2025, under the theme “Connecting the World Through Fireworks,” the event will feature Japan’s four leading fireworks creators, as well as internationally acclaimed pyrotechnicians:
RICASA Ricardo Caballero from Spain and Pyro Spectaculars from the United States.
This collaboration of top fireworks artists from Japan and overseas promises to deliver the ultimate fireworks viewing experience.
