We are pleased to announce that Hanaken Inc. has supervised the ramen menu within the new grand menu of Karaoke Room BigEcho as a delicious ramen that can be enjoyed anytime.
This time, the company will supervise the soup, which can be considered the base of the ramen, and two types of ramen with outstanding flavor will be available starting Tuesday, March 1.
Tokyo Tonkotsu Bankara’s Menu
At “Bankara”, we place importance on “just the right balance” in everything we do. For the back fat, we use “A fat,” a rare and high quality fat that can only be found in about 1.5 kg of one domestic pig. By mixing the highest quality thickened back fat with the soup, we create a unique soup with “umami” and “sweetness” that cannot be found anywhere else.
