Brain Sleep, Inc. has conducted the Sleep Deviation® survey of 10,000 people in 47 prefectures across Japan for the years 2020, 2021, and 2022. The Sleep Deviation Score® is a method that comprehensively scores productivity, stress level, and risk of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS), in addition to items that directly determine sleep status, such as sleep habits and sleep debt.
We will use the results of this survey in the future to conduct various activities aimed at further improving sleep in Japan.
