We are pleased to announce that “Osaka Torafugu no Kai,” a restaurant specializing in the finest fugu, which has been operated on a full membership basis as a hideaway restaurant for fugu lovers has opened its first non-member restaurant in the Tokyo area “Ningyocho Kimi” on November 29. It is open twice a week by reservation only for the convenience of carefully selected ingredients.
