Brain Sleep Inc. provided a “Sleep Improvement Program” to the employees of Softbank Corp.
The participants learned about sleep improvement and used the contents of the program and other information to review their sleep habits and make it a proper habit.
Regarding daytime sleepiness, 75% of the employees said they were sometimes sleepy and unable to get work done before the program began, but after the program was implemented, the percentage improved by 19 points, from 75% to 56%.
