tlass SEA CELLAR BAR Beach Club, an aperitif-style wine bar operated by III Three Co., Ltd. will offer a French course meal using local Amami ingredients for a limited time, prepared by Chef Yukio Moriya of the long-established French restaurant Eventail, a leader in the branding of Kyoto vegetables.
The restaurant overlooks the Oshima Strait and offers a panoramic view of the ocean. The rare Amami local ingredients, which are rarely shipped out of the island, will be provided at tlass SEA CELLAR BAR Beach Club.
The course menu will be available from Thursday, February 1, 2024 to Tuesday, February 27, 2024.
Please note that the course menu must be reserved at least one day in advance . Undersea aged wine will be available after July 2024.
