Brain Sleep, Inc. has been conducting the Sleep Deviation Value® survey of 10,000 employed people (assigned by sex, age, and prefecture) in 47 prefectures across Japan since 2020, and 2024 marks the fifth year of the survey. The Sleep Deviation Score® is a method that comprehensively scores productivity, stress level, and risk of sleep apnea syndrome (SAS), in addition to items that directly determine sleep status, such as sleep habits and sleep debt.
Using the results of the survey, Brain Sleep will conduct various activities to further improve sleep in Japan.
