Large-scale analysis of sleep regularity and its physical effects conducted using data from over 7,000 individuals

Presentation at the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Chronobiology BrainSleep Inc. announced the results of its analysis, conducted jointly with the Stanford Center for Sleep and Neural Locus (SCNL), titled “The Effects of Social Jet Lag and Sleep/Wake Rhythm Regularity on Sleep Measures.” This presentation took place at the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Chronobiology (hereinafter referred to as “the Conference”), held at the Kyoto Prefectural Kyoto Gaku-Ressai-kan (Kyoto City, Kyoto Prefecture) from Saturday, October 4 to Sunday, October 5, 2025. The findings were presented at the 32nd Annual Meeting of the Japanese Society for Chronobiology.
